Gaelle Fearheiley brings extensive experience in upstream process development and GMP manufacturing within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Upstream SME for GMP manufacturing at Forge Biologics since February 2023, Gaelle's previous tenure at Catalent Pharma Solutions spanned over a decade, where roles progressed from Lab Technician to Senior Scientist in Upstream Process Development, highlighting technical leadership and involvement in troubleshooting and client programs. Early career experiences include roles at Tate & Lyle as a Research Microbiologist and Fermentation Engineering Technician, focusing on fermentation optimization and process evaluation. Gaelle holds a B.S. in Chemistry with a Biochemistry Emphasis and a B.A. in Modern Languages from Millikin University.
