Thomas Hodges

Thomas Hodges is a seasoned diplomat and specialist in international affairs, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at Forge Group, LLC, supporting the Office of Indo-Pacific Security Affairs since September 2024. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at Insight Technology Solutions where Thomas developed a global international capacity development strategy for the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). Thomas spent 35 years with the U.S. Department of State as a Foreign Service Officer, where responsibilities ranged from representing U.S. interests abroad to advising senior diplomats on career development and facilitating leadership training during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thomas holds a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from National Defense University and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Vanderbilt University.
