Neil Costigan

Neil Costigan is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in cybersecurity and software development. Currently serving as Chief Architect for BehavioSec™ at LexisNexis Risk Solutions since May 2022, Neil previously held the position of CEO at BehavioSec from 2008 to May 2022, where innovative approaches to verification and authentication were developed. Neil is also an Advisory Council member at Forgepoint Capital since October 2022, contributing to advancements in cybersecurity innovation. Earlier roles include VP of R&D at Gemplus, where leadership of a global team produced banking and security solutions, and Co-Founder/CTO of Celo Communications, which involved significant responsibilities in research and development and merger activities. Neil holds a PhD, MSc., and BSc. in Computer Science and Computer Applications from Dublin City University.
