Pat Denbeau

Pat Denbeau, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a People Partner at Form Energy, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Pat Denbeau accumulated extensive experience at The Phoenix from March 2015 to November 2023, progressing from Human Resources Generalist to Talent Acquisition Specialist, and ultimately serving as Program Manager, responsible for developing and overseeing fitness programming in Orange County. In addition, Pat Denbeau worked as an Instructor, ensuring the safe execution of community programs for individuals in recovery. Earlier experience includes a position as Parts Specialist at NEWPORT AUTO CENTER, INC. Pat Denbeau is pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at Kent State University, expected to graduate in June 2023.
