Sean Doherty

Sean Doherty is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the biotechnology sector. Currently serving as the Director and Senior Counsel at Formation Bio since February 2020, Sean previously held the position of Associate Counsel. Prior to this role, Sean spent a decade at Alston & Bird, where Sean was a Senior Associate from June 2009 to August 2019. Sean holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, obtained in 2010, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Penn State University, earned in 2007.
