Desmond Lim

Desmond Lim is a seasoned professional in sales management with extensive experience in the semiconductor and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at FormFactor Inc. since June 2016, Desmond also holds the position of Regional Sales Manager at Cascade Microtech and has been in that role since February 2010. Desmond's tenure at SUSS MicroTec began in November 2006 as Asia Sales Manager, with responsibilities covering multiple Asian markets, including Taiwan, China, and other regional territories. Prior experience includes a role as Business Unit Manager at ZMC Technologies Pte Ltd, where Desmond focused on sales profitability management for a range of technical products. Desmond holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Western Sydney University, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from the Singapore Institute of Management, and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic.
