The Fund Administration team at Formidium manages the comprehensive back-office operations for various investment funds, ensuring accurate fund accounting via their proprietary Seamless software. They handle regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and investor communications, catering to a broad spectrum of fund types including digital assets, private equity, real estate, and hedge funds. The team is led by the EVP of Fund Admin (operations), the Head of Fund Administration, and the Controller, working collaboratively to maintain the integrity and efficiency of fund operations.
