Melinda Cross

Melinda Cross is an experienced R&D Engineering Technician at Formlabs, where responsibilities include scaling internal print production, implementing efficient operational systems, and managing customer support. Melinda previously held roles such as Integration Engineer, On-Site Event Lead, and Print Production, showcasing versatility in both technical and logistical aspects of event management and engineering. Prior to Formlabs, Melinda was the Founder and Director of Boston Paper Collective, where daily operations and collaboration with artists and engineers were key. Experience also includes positions at Open Music Labs and Lee McDonald Company, covering QA, shipping, and management. Educational credentials comprise a BFA in Fine Art and Theatre from Tufts University and a BFA diploma in printmaking and papermaking from the School of the Museum of Fine Arts.
