Nadia Cheng

Nadia Cheng is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent management, business operations, and research. Currently serving in a talent role at Formlabs since November 2022, Nadia previously worked at RightHand Robotics, Inc. as a Business Operations specialist from February 2016 until November 2022, transitioning to a part-time position to focus on special projects following maternity leave. Prior to that, Nadia was the Head of People and Internal Operations at Empire Robotics, Inc. and held the position of Director of R&D at the MIT Hatsopoulos Microfluids Lab / MIT Robotic Mobility Group. Nadia's early career included roles as a Research Assistant, Visiting Graduate Researcher, Designer and Team Lead, and Intern at various prestigious organizations, including MIT, ESPCI Paris Tech, and NASA. Academically, Nadia holds a PhD and a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from UC San Diego.
