Laura Poil is a Talent Partner and Internal Resourcing Specialist at Formula 1 since May 2022, where the focus is on sourcing top talent for the organization. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Matchtech from July 2015 to May 2022, specializing in the Nuclear sector and recruiting for Project Controls professionals. Laura holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Sussex (2012-2015) and obtained CIPD qualifications in June 2023. Areas of interest include recruiting Planners, Project Controls Managers, Cost Engineers, and Mechanical Engineers throughout the UK, with experience in projects ranging from decommissioning to new builds.
