Bias Ramadhan has a diverse work experience in Research and Development Engineer with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, they have honed their skills in mechanical engineering and have a strong understanding of automation and design processes.

Their professional journey began with an apprenticeship at Garuda Maintenance Facility Aeroasia, where they gained valuable hands-on experience in the aviation industry. Following that, they worked as an Automation Mechanical Design Engineer at Indonesia Epson Industry, where they were responsible for developing and implementing automated systems for production.

Currently, They are working at Formulatrix, a leading company in the field of laboratory automation, based in Salatiga. Here, They are utilizing my expertise in research and development to create innovative solutions for the biotech industry. Their role involves designing and testing new products, as well as continuously improving existing ones.

They completed their Diploma's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS), where they gained a strong foundation in their field and developed critical thinking skills. Their education has not only equipped them with technical knowledge but also instilled in theirs a strong work ethic and a drive for continuous learning.
