David Uffelman

David Uffelman is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in operations and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Forrester Construction since April 2017, Uffelman previously held leadership roles as VP of Operations and President at Foulger-Pratt from October 2007 to October 2016, and as Senior Project Manager at Manhattan Construction Company from October 1996 to October 2007. Uffelman began a career in construction at J.A. Jones Construction - Tompkins Builders, where responsibilities included Project Engineer and Project Manager from May 1987 to October 1996. Uffelman earned a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from East Carolina University.
