Peter Haglind

Peter Haglind is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Director of IT at Försäkringskassan since May 2022. Previously, Peter held the role of CIO and Executive Vice President of Systems and Technology at the SSC - Swedish Space Corporation from May 2016 to April 2022. Peter's extensive background also includes positions as Chief Information Officer, Head of Strategic Management, and Program Manager R&D at the Swedish Armed Forces between January 2007 and April 2016, along with serving as Program Manager for Visby Class Corvettes at the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration from April 2003 to December 2006. Earlier career experience includes working as a Systems Architect at FMV - Försvarets materielverk from 1993 to 1996. Peter's educational qualifications encompass a Civilingenjör in Technical Physics from Chalmers University of Technology, an EMBA in Leading Innovation from Stockholm School of Economics, a Certified CIO designation, and a Board Certificate from Board Company.
