Christina Holmboe Olesen

Christina Holmboe Olesen is currently a Postdoc at Leibniz-Forschungsinstitut für Molekulare Pharmakologie (FMP) since April 2024, focusing on the development of a minimal tag for protein labeling. Previously, Christina held various roles at Amager og Hvidovre Hospital from September 2019 to February 2024, including Postdoc, Ph.D., and Research Assistant positions. Christina also worked at Novo Nordisk as a Student Assistant in Virology and Payroll from May 2013 to May 2019, and served as a Swim Coach at Svømmeklubben Triton Ballerup from January 2012 to July 2013. Christina's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Biochemistry with a focus on Immunology and Microbiology from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen (2017-2019), a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the same university (2014-2017), and an exchange semester at Cornell University in 2016. Christina completed high school at Falkonergårdens Gymnasium, graduating in 2013 with a focus on Mathematics, Chemistry, and Sports as a Team Danmark student.
