Caleb Rapp

Caleb Rapp, P.E. is an experienced professional in structural engineering and real estate syndication. Currently serving as Founder and Capital Syndicator at Pinions Principal Partners since July 2023, Caleb focuses on sourcing and syndicating multifamily real estate deals. As a Structural Project Manager at Forsgren Associates, Inc., since May 2024, and previously as Senior Project Engineer at HCL Engineering & Surveying, Caleb has extensive expertise in bridge ratings and commercial heavy steel structures. Earlier roles include Project Engineer II at DL Engineering and Project Engineer at Studio 8.18 Engineering, where responsibilities included managing and designing structural solutions for various projects. Caleb began with an engineering internship at Studio 818 Engineering and held multiple positions, including Senior Protection Specialist at Target. An alumnus of the University of Colorado Boulder, Caleb obtained a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering and Construction Management.
