• Persons who live, worship, work (or regularly conduct business in) or attend school and other legal entities in Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke, Lee, Moore, Robeson, or Scotland County, NC.
• You are an immediate family member or household of someone who meets  eligibility criteria
• You volunteer in communities (Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke, Lee, Moore, Robeson, or Scotland County, NC).    
• Members of the Fort Liberty Chapter of AUSA
