Majid Asadi

Majid Asadi is an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer currently employed at Fortescue since March 2024. Previously, Asadi worked at GHD from June 2021 to March 2024, focusing on the design of power supply and control systems for water and wastewater industries, as well as HV/LV switchboards and control cubicles. Prior roles include an Academic Tutor at Edith Cowan University in early 2020, an Instructor with Young Engineers e2 where robotics was taught using STEM principles, and a Mechatronics Engineer at PishRobot from 2012 to 2019, specializing in embedded control systems and automated machines. Asadi holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Renewable Energy from Edith Cowan University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Shahrood University of Technology.
