Ellen Dully

Ellen Dully, MBA, is an experienced professional with a robust background in finance and operations within nonprofit and public sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Director at Forth since April 2023, Ellen focuses on electrifying transportation through people-centered demonstration projects. Previous roles include Senior Finance Manager at Multnomah County, overseeing fiscal operations for the Joint Office of Homeless Services, and Director of Finance & Operations at the National Crime Victim Law Institute, where Ellen managed financial and operational infrastructure. Earlier experience includes leading fundraising efforts as Associate Director of Development Operations at Oregon Food Bank and managing development and communications at Make-A-Wish Oregon. Ellen holds an MBA from Willamette University and a BA from Macalester College.
