Andre Dovgal

Andre Dovgal is an experienced Enterprise Architect and Principal Consultant with a career spanning over two decades in IT solutions. Currently serving as an Enterprise Architect at FortisBC since June 2022 and owning Dovgal Solutions Inc. since May 1997, Andre has delivered expertise to various organizations. Past roles include Business Transformation Program Architect at the BC Financial Services Authority and FICOM, Enterprise Architect at Coast Capital Savings, and Senior Architect for the Government of Alberta. Contributions extend to Fujitsu Canada as Managing Architect for BC Hydro AMS and authorship of "Applied Architecture Patterns on the Microsoft Platform." Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and various certifications in project management and financial markets.
