Sam Skalbania

Sam Skalbania is an Associate Executive Talent Partner at Fortive since July 2022, previously serving as a Senior Executive Talent Researcher, where responsibilities included delivering key executives across various functions such as sales, engineering, product, operations, and finance. Sam is also the founder and lead of the Fortive Environmental Alliance, an employee-led group focused on sustainable living. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive Talent Researcher at Daversa Partners, a Consultant at Hive, a Sales Development Representative at Slalom, and a Sales Operations Intern. Sam holds a degree from the University of Southern California.
