Felicia Moser

Felicia Moser is a seasoned professional in sales and business development, currently serving as the Head of Sales Development at Forto since October 2020. In this role, Felicia has successfully led Key Account and South German Sales Development teams, focusing on customer base expansion while overseeing performance management and effective hiring. Felicia also served as a Senior Business Development Executive and Export Lead at Forto, guiding a team to enhance revenue for export products. Prior experience includes project management in real estate at Connaught Real Estate GmbH and a leadership role in a digital transformation project with BOGE Rubber & Plastics Group. Felicia holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in International Management from Stellenbosch Business School and the International School of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg.
