Your Mission

We're looking for an experienced Technical Writer, to join our Customer Experience team. You’ll be responsible for creating clear and concise content primarily for our internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, and designers, to ensure technical information is accessible and useful to its intended audience.

What You'll Do

• Develop, write, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, FAQs, and training materials.

• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for various audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure the accuracy of documentation.

• Edit and proofread content for consistency, clarity, and compliance with company standards.

• Organize and manage documentation repositories to ensure documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.

• Contribute to the development of style guides, templates, and documentation standards.

• Stay updated on industry trends and tools to continuously improve documentation processes and techniques.

• Maintain our style and tone of voice at each customer touchpoint

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Content Developer, or similar role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in tools such as [insert relevant tools like Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Madcap Flare or Confluence].

• Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and explain them in simple terms.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• 3+ years of experience within a digital/tech environment

• Exceptional communication skills

• An ability to translate difficult technical concepts into easy-to-understand content to ensure users get the information they need, in the way they need it

• Experience in creating and iteratively improving content across digital platforms to meet user and business needs

• Experience in working with other teams, subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content is accessible, accurate, consistent and follows the relevant guidelines

• An ability to work both collaboratively and independently

• Ability to manage your workload across multiple projects

• A passion for and knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain

• Experience in fintech
