Mia J. Diehl

Mia Diehl is an accomplished photography professional with extensive experience in editorial and academic settings. Currently serving as the Director of Photography at Fortune Magazine since September 2009, Mia oversees photography across all platforms and manages the photo staff and budget. Prior to this role, Mia held positions as Associate Photo Editor and Assistant Photo Editor at Fortune Magazine from 1998 to 2009, and worked as a Photo Editor at The New Yorker and Vogue. In addition to extensive industry experience, Mia also taught Documentary Photography as an Adjunct Professor at New York University Tisch School of the Arts from January 2016 to June 2018. Mia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from New York University.
