Madenig Paolini

Madenig Paolini is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, quality management, and customer experience. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President and leader of the Seat Structure Systems division at FORVIA since September 2021, Paolini also holds the position of Group Chief Quality Officer and Chief Customer Experience Officer. Prior to this, Paolini was a Partner and Associate Director for Operations and Digital at Boston Consulting Group from September 2014 to August 2021. Experience includes roles at Danone as both Factory & Supply Point Director for Baby Nutrition and Operations Leader for Dairy Products, along with positions at Valeo as Quality Director and Project Manager for New Products.
