Kimme Carlos

Kimme Carlos possesses extensive experience in nonprofit management, leadership, and operational roles across various organizations. Serving as Past President, President, and Vice President of the Board at Foundation Academies since July 2019, Kimme also holds the position of Executive Director at Princeton AlumniCorps since August 2016. As the CEO and Founder of Kimme Carlos Motivational Consulting, established in January 2019, and the Founder and Volunteer Executive Director of Urban Mental Health Alliance, Kimme has prioritized advocacy for addiction and mental health awareness. Previous roles include Program Manager for the African Studies Association and Outreach Coordinator for NAMI Mercer, demonstrating a commitment to community engagement and program development. Kimme Carlos holds a BA in Religious Studies from Regent University and is a Certified Health Coach.
