Robert Skonberg

Robert Skonberg is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and commercial lending. Currently serving as AVP and Portfolio Manager at Founders Bank since August 2024, Robert previously held the position of AVP, Commercial Lending Associate at Patriot Bank, N.A. from December 2021 to August 2024. Robert's career includes roles as Bank Officer and Portfolio Manager at John Marshall Bank from January 2019 to December 2021, and as a Credit Analyst at both United Bank Inc from December 2016 to December 2018 and Cardinal Bank in late 2016. Early career experiences include internships at Tangible Security and Wells Fargo Advisors. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Finance from Tulane University, graduating in 2016, and is a graduate of Gonzaga College High School.
