Michael Jones

Michael Jones is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with a diverse background in both agricultural and healthcare industries. As Co-Founder and CEO of THRIVE Farmers since July 2011, Michael has pioneered a business model that disconnects coffee production from volatile commodity markets, ensuring economic sustainability for farmers. In addition, Michael founded ThriveWorx in June 2015, which focuses on making a positive impact in communities associated with THRIVE Farmers. As a member of Founders Pledge since May 2019, Michael engages with a global network of entrepreneurs dedicated to addressing urgent global challenges. Prior to these ventures, Michael founded and led Implantable Provider Group, Inc., and Healthcorp of America, focusing on innovative solutions in the medical device and outpatient coronary treatment sectors. Michael's career also includes experience in equity trading and syndication at Rothschild Global Investments.
