Allan Morales

Allan Morales is an experienced leader in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Global Learning and Development at Foundever. Prior to this role, Allan held multiple positions at SYKES LATAM, including Director of Regional Learning and Development for the LATAM region, Regional Training Manager, and Manager of Talent Development. Allan earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Tecnológica Costarricense, completing the program in 2019.
