James Waite

James Waite is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in the contact centre and customer experience sectors. Currently, James serves as the Head of Marketing for UKI & South Africa at Foundever, following a tenure as the Director of Marketing and Partnerships at the CCMA. Previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer at ResQ, Global Marketing Director at HGS, and various managerial positions at Teleperformance and Sutherland Global Services. James began a career in the industry as the Industry & Member Relations Manager at the National Outsourcing Association. James holds a degree in Advertising & Public Relations with a focus on Marketing from the University of Lincoln.
