Keith Lee

Keith Lee possesses extensive leadership experience in the customer service and operations sectors, currently serving as the VP Head of Solutions at Foundever since October 2020. Previous roles include AVP Client Partner at Sutherland from January 2016 to August 2020 and Director of Operations/VP Client Services at Alorica from February 2012 to December 2015. Keith has a solid foundation in management, having held various positions at AT&T between November 2001 and February 2012, and served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army from January 1998 to October 2001. Early career experience includes a supervisory role at North East Cleaners from 1995 to 1997. Educational qualifications include a degree in leadership from St. Edward's University and completion of the Primary Leadership Development Course at the Non-Commissioned Officer Academy.
