Nico Belalcázar

Nico Belalcázar is a Senior Recruitment and Selection Specialist at Foundever, with experience in recruitment, selection efforts, and the development of others since July 2021. Prior to this role, Nico served as a Recruitment and Selection Specialist responsible for the full cycle of recruitment and retention initiatives. Earlier experience includes an internship at Migración Colombia, where psycho-technical tests were utilized for candidate selection, and a research and psychosocial intervention internship at Museo de Memoria de Colombia, focusing on psychosocial care approaches. Nico holds a Specialist degree in Human Resources Management from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidad de Los Andes.
