Robbyn Thomas

Robbyn Thomas is a seasoned talent and operations advisor currently employed at Foundr since October 2024, where services focus on connecting tech startups with exceptional talent globally and enhancing hiring strategies. Prior to this role, Robbyn served as Head of Talent & Operations for North America at Propelland from October 2021 to October 2024, leading people strategy and promoting an inclusive workplace. Robbyn also held positions at AgResearch as Senior Business Partner in Talent & Culture, where innovation in recruitment strategies was emphasized, and at QJumpers as an independent contractor in HR consulting.
