Christian Shaw

Christian Shaw serves as a Real Estate Manager in Charlotte and has worked in various multi-family and commercial management roles over the last seven years. Currently, he manages half a million square feet of adaptive reuse projects for Atlanta-based developer Third & Urban. Prior to joining Foundry, Christian spent several years managing a diverse portfolio, overseeing accounts for institutional investors such as Stockbridge, Shorenstein, and ATCO. In that role, Christian managed Camp North End, one of Charlotte’s most renowned adaptive redevelopment projects, along with 100,000 square feet of office and retail projects in South End. He has worked with a wide array of tenants, including Fortune 500 companies, startup firms, professional services, medical office, and industrial users. Christian prides himself on his high level of involvement in the owner and tenant construction process as well as his keen attention to detail in both day-to-day operations and financial reporting, allowing key clients to achieve their operational and investment goals.
