Alastair McAlpine has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since August 1996. Alastair's roles have included Opening General Manager and General Manager for several prestigious properties, such as Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i, Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou at West Lake, and Four Seasons Resort Langkawi. Prior to this, Alastair served in various food and beverage leadership positions at renowned hotels, including The Pierre Hotel in New York and Four Seasons properties in Washington DC, Tokyo, and Maldives. Alastair began the hospitality career at Hotel Nassauer Hof Wiesbaden as Head of F&B Control from 1992 to 1996. Alastair holds a BSc (Hons) in Hotel & Catering Management from the Scottish Hotel School at the University of Strathclyde, completed between 1999 and 2003, and attended Campbell College from 1983 to 1988.
