With a foundational career beginning at Hyatt Hotels from 1992 to 2002 as Director of Food and Beverage, Gianluca Sparacino possesses a Swiss Hotel Association Diploma in Hotel Management from Les Roches and an International Baccalaureate from UWC South East Asia.
