Gianluca Sparacino is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Currently serving as Vice President for Food & Beverage across the Americas and EMEA at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since 2002, Gianluca Sparacino oversees owner relations and collaborates with third-party consultants for a variety of culinary endeavors. Previous roles include Corporate Director of Food & Beverage for Europe, Middle East, and Africa, Resort Manager at Four Seasons Resort & Club Dallas Las Colinas, and Hotel Manager at Four Seasons Hotel Houston. With a foundational career beginning at Hyatt Hotels from 1992 to 2002 as Director of Food and Beverage, Gianluca Sparacino possesses a Swiss Hotel Association Diploma in Hotel Management from Les Roches and an International Baccalaureate from UWC South East Asia.
