Kirsten Morris

Kirsten Morris, P. Eng. is a seasoned professional in capital planning and development within the hospitality and real estate sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Capital Planning in Design Services at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts since September 2022, Kirsten has previously held influential positions such as Senior Manager and Manager of Development at Allied Properties REIT, and Development Manager at Onni Group of Companies. Early career experience includes roles at JLL as an Associate in Hotels & Hospitality, 59 Project Management Ltd as a Project Coordinator, and as a Structural Engineering Intern at SNC-Lavalin. Academically, Kirsten holds a Master of Real Estate Development + Design with MBA electives and an Interdisciplinary Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from the University of California, Berkeley, along with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Queen's University.
