Patrick Pollak

Patrick Pollak is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Patrick has served as General Manager, Resort Manager, and Hotel Manager at several prestigious locations including Four Seasons Resorts Hualalai and Dallas at Las Colinas, as well as Four Seasons Hotel Mexico D.F. and held the position of Director of Food and Beverage. Educationally, Patrick holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Institut Paul Bocuse and began studies in Hotel Management at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
