Annalisa Hamel-Smith

Annalisa Hamel-Smith is an experienced physical therapist with a diverse background in various healthcare settings. Currently employed at FOX Rehabilitation since March 2023, Annalisa specializes in the evaluation and treatment of geriatric patients in their homes. Prior experience includes roles at Adventist HealthCare from September 2019 to February 2023, where Annalisa provided care for patients with neurologic, orthopedic, cardiovascular, and pulmonary conditions in an acute inpatient rehabilitation facility. Additional positions have included staff physical therapist roles at Total Rehabilitation Centre Limited and Spaulding Nursing & Therapy Center, as well as clinical affiliations during the educational journey at Northeastern University, where Annalisa earned a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Science.
