Howard Schechter

Howard Schechter is a distinguished attorney specializing in real estate law, with extensive experience in condominium and cooperative housing. As a Partner at Fox Rothschild since August 2024, Howard previously served as a Partner at Armstrong Teasdale LLP, where Howard co-led the Condominium and Cooperative Housing practice area. At Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP, Howard was the Partner and Co-chair of the Cooperative and Condominium Group, following a long tenure as Founding Partner of Schechter & Brucker, P.C., a boutique firm dedicated to real estate representation. Howard's legal expertise encompasses a variety of contentious issues related to cooperative and condominium operations, serving as general counsel to numerous housing cooperatives and condominiums.
