Erik Ives

Erik Ives is a Partner at Fox, Swibel, Levin & Carroll, LLP, specializing in Commercial Litigation and Employment Law since March 2013. In this role, Erik represents clients throughout all phases of commercial litigation in both federal and state courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Prior to joining Fox Swibel, Erik worked as an Associate in Litigation at Sidley Austin from September 2006 to March 2013. Erik earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) with Honors from the University of Chicago Law School in 2006 and holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with High Distinction and Honors in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University, completed in 2003.
