Cheng-Wu Tai

Cheng-Wu Tai is the Director at Foxconn. Cheng-Wu was previously the Regional System Development Project Manager at HonHai WW Division from June 1999 to May 2006. Cheng-Wu was responsible for implementing IT system and ERP process flow for two major business groups. Cheng-Wu was also in charge of constructing “Lean SCM model” for customer and core business team. Utilized SAP WMS module and APS (Advanced Planning System) two major systems to integrated with SAP R3 main ERP system. As played the role of Project manager, implemented SAP R3 system for Pan America, Europe and Asia three main regions.

Cheng-Wu Tai graduated with an MBA in Information Science from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Cheng-Wu also holds certifications from CMMI in CMMI ATM, SAP in SAP Academic Certified MM Module Consultant, and i2 in i2 FP Module Trainer.
