Benjamin Willis is an experienced M&A Consultant currently with FP Transitions since February 2023. Previously, Benjamin held roles as Head of Portfolios and M&A and Compliance Consulting at Revedy from March 2021 to February 2023, and as a Private Client & Family Office Investment Real Estate Acquisition Consultant at Boones & Kruse LLC from September 2017 to February 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Strategic Legal Solutions at Special Counsel, working on an M&A integration team, and various internships focused on M&A, compliance, and legal project management. Benjamin's educational background includes a JD from Willamette University College of Law, an MBA from Willamette University, and a Bachelor of Arts and Science in Economics and History from Linfield University.
