Sahil Bhalla

Sahil Bhalla is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Head of HC Shared Services at Fractal since May 2022, where responsibilities encompass onboarding, background checks, employee lifecycle management, global payroll, and statutory compliance. Previously, Sahil held pivotal roles at Puma Energy from May 2020 to April 2022, including HR Country Manager for India and Head of HR Shared Services managing operations across three international centers. Sahil's career also includes over a decade at Willis Towers Watson, progressing through various managerial positions, and a brief stint as Relationship Manager at MF Global. Sahil holds a PGDBM in Banking & Finance from Welingkar Institute of Management and a BSc in Chemistry from St. Xavier's College.
