Sean Collins

Sean Collins is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and management across various industries, currently serving as Principal Manager at Fractal since April 2023. In this role, Sean oversees recruiting efforts internationally and leads the integration of Neal's recruiting organization following its acquisition by Fractal. Prior to this, Sean held key positions at Neal Analytics, including Director of Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included building strategic staffing teams and enhancing corporate recruiting structures. Sean's earlier career includes roles at ICPA, Amazon, and other consulting firms, alongside foundational leadership experience in the Army National Guard. Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Seattle University and an Associate’s Degree in Thai Language and Literature from the Defense Language Institute.
