Kim Minnick

Kim Minnick is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in People Operations and Remote Enablement. Currently serving as Founder and Principal Consultant at Code Traveller HR since January 2020, Kim has also taken on roles such as Founding Member at Fractional People People and Member at StartupExperts. Previously, Kim was Head of People Operations at Studio, where significant achievements included launching a DEI program and enhancing employee engagement. As VP of People at Nava, responsibilities encompassed defining the People strategy across multiple HR functions. Other experiences include roles at NerdWallet, Patreon, SurveyMonkey, Hired, Inc., and NEWSCYCLE Solutions.
