Esteban Alvarado

Esteban Alvarado is an experienced professional in growth and community development, currently serving as the Head of Growth & Community at Fractional, a company associated with Y Combinator (YC W21). As a Co-Founder of Project Unicorn, Esteban has demonstrated entrepreneurial leadership. Previous roles include Operations Manager at launch house, which is backed by A16Z, and Growth/Fundraising Manager at Wefunder, an early-stage company from YC 13. Esteban also participated as a Fellow in the On Deck Catalyst program. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from UC Irvine (August 2019 - May 2021) and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Administration of Justice from El Camino College (August 2017 - May 2019).
