Ivan Ivanovic

Ivan Ivanović is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in Quality Assurance, currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at upday since January 2018. Ivan's leadership includes strategic decision-making within the Tech department and building task force units for specific issues. Previous roles include Head of Quality Assurance, where Ivan managed the QA team and resource allocation, and Senior QA Engineer, overseeing the quality of the main mobile application and establishing test automation frameworks. Prior to upday, Ivan held the position of QA Manager at Hyperoptic Ltd., where responsibilities included conducting QA procedures and coaching team members, and QA Team Lead at Comtrade Group. Ivan holds a degree in IT Engineering & IT Management from the University of Kragujevac.
