Mike Dobbins

Mike Dobbins is a seasoned professional in the finance and banking industry with extensive experience in venture capital, M&A, and consumer banking. Currently serving as a Venture Partner and Advisor at Framework Venture Partners since March 2022, Mike manages approximately $500 million across three funds, focusing on series A and B investments in software, marketplaces, and fintech. Previously, Mike held leadership roles at RBC from 2010 to 2021, including Group Head and member of the Group Executive Committee, overseeing global M&A and enterprise strategy, as well as Executive Vice President for Personal Financing in Canada and Head of US Banking. Prior to RBC, Mike was Executive Vice President of Consumer Banking at Capital One and served as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking at Charter One Bank, where significant transformations led to national recognition in digital banking. Mike Dobbins holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Delaware.
