Lindsey Lavery

Lindsey Lavery currently serves as the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Franciscan Ministries since November 2023. Previously, Lindsey held the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Encore Management and Development from November 2020 to November 2023. Prior to that, Lindsey served in various leadership roles in sales training and marketing at Senior Lifestyle from March 2013 to September 2016, which included Vice President of Sales Training & Talent and National Director of Sales Training. Lindsey also worked as Director of Sales & Marketing at Lincolnwood Place Retirement Community from August 2006 to March 2013 and as Education Specialist in Marketing at CJE SeniorLife from August 2003 to August 2006. Educationally, Lindsey holds a B.A. in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and an M.A. in Gerontology from Roosevelt University.
