From humble beginnings when Franck Provost opened his first hair salon in 1975 in the chic Parisian suburb of St Germain-En-Lay, the brand has grown exponentially to become the number one hair salon in France and number two in Europe. The Australian operation debuted in Sydney in 2008 with a single shop in the CBD and now have 16 salons in Australia. Australian women have embraced the Franck Provost savoir-faire since it launched nine years ago, resulting in rapid and steady growth across all areas of its business. Subsequently the company has ambitious plans to mirror the same unstoppable reputation that it enjoys in France on local shores, forecasting 50 salons across the country by 2023, making it Australia’s largest premium hair salon brand. With 15 salons in Sydney, the city is now the greatest location of Franck Provost salons outside of Paris.
